At G M S Digital World Akola, we strive to provide the highest quality electronics and digital products. Please note our policy regarding returns and refunds:
No Returns Accepted: Once a product is purchased and the seal is broken or the item has left the store/been delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
Final Sale: All items sold on our website and in-store are considered final sale. We encourage customers to review product specifications and compatibility thoroughly before completing a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
For manufacturing defects, the product will be covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty policy. We will assist you in connecting with the authorized service center for a resolution.
Testing: For in-store purchases at our Akola location, we recommend testing the device at the counter to ensure complete satisfaction before leaving.
